    Please note that items tend to fit small, so it is advised you take a band size larger for bras and one size larger in briefs and thongs.

    We are unable to offer exchanges on items. If you are unhappy with the size or fit or an item and wish to exchange, we would recommend you return the original item to us for a full refund and reorder the new size you would like.

UK ORDERS

  • All orders are shipped within 3 working days on receipt of payment .
  • Unless otherwise requested all shipment are shipped Royal Mail Standard.
  • From despatch, please allow upto 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has despatched. 
  • Please check with your postman if you do not receive your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Delivery charges are set for all international orders (£10 worldwide).
  • We use Royal Mail for our International Deliveries.
  • From despatch, please allow 15 working days for international orders.
  • Please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty.
  • As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any import costs.
  • Import costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. 
  • Please contact your customs office if you require further information.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has despatched.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however we will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order, should you wish for a refund. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt to allow for inspection, to the original payment method. We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party.
